Luxury Watches eCommerce Web Platform

This iPhone and Android mobile app follows a simple business model, user signup for a monthly subscription and impress his colleagues with a different high end watch every week.

Project Goal

This mobile and web application introduces an innovative business model in the luxury market: a monthly subscription service that allows customers to wear a different high-end watch every week. Designed for business professionals and white-collar workers, the goal was to deliver a seamless and premium experience for browsing, selecting, and receiving luxury watches.

Challenges

The app followed a standard eCommerce user flow—browse, pick a watch, subscribe, and receive delivery. The real challenge was to translate that flow into a luxury experience:

  • How to make watch selection feel premium and exclusive.
  • How to simplify subscription management without losing sophistication.
  • How to communicate value while reinforcing the brand’s exclusivity.

Landing Page Solution

The landing page was designed to communicate the core value propositions clearly while reflecting the aesthetic of luxury brands:

  • Clean, minimalist layouts with a premium color palette (black, white, gold).
  • High-resolution watch photography to highlight product quality.
  • Simple but elegant typography to convey trust and prestige.
  • A clear subscription value proposition: “Luxury watches, delivered to you every week.”

App Design Highlights

  • Browse & Discover: Rich product cards with close-up watch photography and luxury branding.
  • Seamless Checkout & Subscription: Intuitive subscription flow with flexible delivery management.
  • User Dashboard: Transparent subscription status, delivery tracking, and upcoming watch previews.
  • Interaction Design: Subtle animations and transitions to evoke exclusivity without clutter.

Almost 90 screens were designed in total, covering the complete mobile and web experience.
