Web App UX UI design with Multiple User View

Overview

A robust multi-role SaaS platform designed for web and mobile, catering to four distinct user types: user, client, affiliate, and admin. The project required unique user experiences for each role while maintaining a cohesive and intuitive interface across all views. Alongside the UX/UI design, a complete branding package—including logotype and visual identity—was developed to align the product’s personality with its target audience.


Project brief

The objective was to transform feature definitions into a scalable, polished UX/UI system and deliver a high-quality interactive prototype. This prototype became a critical asset for stakeholder presentations, investor pitches, and as the foundation for development. The branding needed to reflect a modern, professional aesthetic to position the product as a trustworthy SaaS solution.

  • Discovery workshops with the PM and stakeholders to align user needs and business goals.
  • UX architecture mapping complex user journeys and wireframes for approximately 100 screens across user, client, affiliate, and admin roles.
  • High-fidelity UI design with responsive layouts optimized for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Development of an interactive Figma prototype with developer-friendly handoff specifications.
  • Creation of the logotype and a full visual identity system, including typography, color palette, and UI components, ensuring brand consistency across product and marketing assets.


Branding and landing page design highlights

The logotype was designed to reflect the SaaS product’s modern and innovative nature, with clean typography and subtle visual cues that convey reliability and forward-thinking design. The branding system unified the user interface and external communications, giving the product a distinct and professional presence in its market.

Outcome

Delivered a comprehensive UX/UI and branding solution paired with a fully interactive prototype. This allowed stakeholders to test complex user flows, visualize feature sets, and confidently move into development.
